The Alhambra Cinema was one of the most important and central cinemas in Jaffa in the 1930s and 1940s. As part of the Typographic Image course we were asked to revive it. My concept for the renovated cinema is a community cinema that presents films for all the sectors that live in Jaffa. The design language is always in Hebrew, Arabic and English. And the inspiration for the graphic design comes from old posters of Arab films combined with the glamor of American cinemas.
